Housing Design Awards 2017

Smith Young Architects have been shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards 2017. The national awards programme received the highest ever number of entries this year since its conception in 1948.

The Grafton Street project draws strong influences from Liverpool’s rich architectural heritage, designed as a series of separate buildings around a large public piazza the scheme contains 296 residential apartments along the southern edge of the city’s Baltic Triangle…

A mix of 84 Completed and Project entries have been shortlisted from all the entries. Winners will be announced at an invitation-only ceremony led by a Minister of State in London on the evening of Monday 10th July.  All of shortlisted entries are now viewable at the new Housing Design Awards website.
